The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods. Daily and monthly deposit limits can be set by the user through account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools. Users are prohibited from using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage in games. Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes is also strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Jk32's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Jk32 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
Users may request self-closure of their account at any time by contacting the jk32 customer support team. Any remaining balance in the account (after deducting any bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Any dispute arising in connection with the jk32 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
